The 2026-27 calendar
Applications for new students close November 15, 2026. Acceptance and Quarter 3 enrollment are due December 15. Quarter 4 transfer enrollment closes February 15, 2027. The 2027-28 season opens February 1, 2027.

In the October 17, 2026 state directory, 146 Hillsborough schools participate in FTC or FES-EO, 143 in FES-UA and 11 in PEP. Every listing here shows all four flags.
How money actually moves
Everything runs through EMA. The school submits enrollment, the parent approves it, and payment follows each quarter.
Renewal rule to know
A renewal student is one funded in Quarter 4 of the prior year under the same scholarship. Missing the April 30 renewal deadline puts a family back in the new-applicant line.
